The key to being truly proficient in PS is using short cut keys but most importantly assigning your F key functions. For instance my Shift+F4 runs the action that allows me to sharpen eyes while F6 runs my Fill Flash action. F8 is my B&W and F9 burns my edges. etc. So. Easy. Yup, 16 seconds!
